Description
Gronk Fitness Aluminum Revolving Curl Bar
The Gronk Fitness Aluminum Revolving Curl Bar is a cable-machine curl attachment with a revolving sleeve so the wrists can rotate through biceps and triceps work. The family is aluminum and offered in six colors: silver, black, blue, red, pink, and orange.
Use it on a functional trainer, cable crossover, or lat tower when you want a dedicated EZ-style curl handle instead of a straight bar. The revolving design reduces wrist bind during curls and extensions.
Key Features
- Revolving Sleeve: Lets the handle rotate so the wrists can track through the curl.
- Aluminum Construction: Lightweight aluminum bar for cable-stack work.
- Six Colors: Silver, black, blue, red, pink, and orange.
- Cable-Machine Attachment: Pairs with a functional trainer, cable crossover, or lat station.
- EZ Curl Shape: Cambered profile for biceps and triceps cable work.
Who This Is For
For home and commercial cable stations that need a revolving curl handle. Choose a color to match the rest of a Gronk aluminum attachment set.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 16 reviews.
Very nice. It would be perfect if it were 2 -3 inches longer overall.
Enhances my compact gym and adds curls, upright rows, seated rows, tricep push downs and more!!
I like the weight and diameter of the bar. The extra quarter inch vs steel bars is more comfortable. Good angles on the cambers.
Good quality
Amazing product will shop gronk fitness in the future
Just as advertised, light and strong provides a great neutral grip for curls and overhead presses
I use for triceps and biceps ?? and this atachment so far best cable attachment, and its very light. Highly recommend.
SUPER lightweight. I got tired of my standard EZ bar attachment lifting the top plates on my cable stack due to its weight. This has convinced me that every cable attachment should be aluminum. Be aware that the knurling on this is about as passive as it gets. Regardless, this is the best bang for the buck aluminum EZ bar attachment.
Love everything about this bar! The diameter the grip I bought it in blue it’s! Both my trainers and clients all love it!!! But only functional for tricep push downs and curls. It’s like a work of art displayed in my gym.!!! Lightweight material easy to handle. I wish the same color and material was available. Another bar shaped configurations. I’d buy whatever you have.!

Great equipment! Everyone in the gym loves it!!!
I like the choice of colors; got the blue. It's incredibly light and a comfortably thick grip that's kind to your elbows.
Great little aluminum bar. I was looking for a bar with knurling and not rubber grips on it. This fit the bill. Only 4 stars because it’s not stainless :)
