NOHRD WaterGrinder Arm Bike Ergometer
Modeled on the motion of winching a sail on a sailing boat, this arm bike ergometer works by crank motion and delivers an intense cardio and strength workout for the upper body. Easy-to-grip crank handles can be set to 8 positions to change the resistance: the smaller the rotation radius, the higher the intensity.
At its core is a water tank with an ergonomically shaped paddle that provides smooth, even resistance. The harder you crank, the more intense the resistance becomes. You can sit or stand on either side of the machine and train by pushing or pulling the handles. The wood frame is available in cherry or oak.
